Dr. Zaid Fadul is a distinguished physician and healthcare innovator specializing in Family Medicine, Addiction Medicine, Aerospace Medicine, and Occupational Health. As Chief Medical Officer of Better U, he develops cutting-edge protocols for alternative mental health therapies, including ketamine treatments for PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, as CEO of Bespoke Concierge MD, Dr. Fadul integrates Primary Care and Functional Medicine to deliver personalized healthcare solutions that emphasize prevention and wellness. His leadership reflects a commitment to advancing patient care through innovation and tailored medical approaches.
Beyond his civilian roles, Dr. Fadul serves as a Flight Surgeon with the U.S. Air Force Reserve’s 304th Rescue Squadron, focusing on operational medicine and flight clearances for special operations personnel. His career includes leadership positions such as Inpatient Medical Director at Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Chief Medical Officer at DocDay Health, where he pioneered virtual primary care programs.
